St. Petersburg Sports and Concert Complex
A scale model of the reconstructed sports complex was made in 1:180 scale.
A feature of the scale model is animated ice hockey rink where a match takes place and goals are scored!
Within the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Georgy Poltavchenko, the Governor of St. Petersburg, and Gennady Timchenko, the President of SKA St. Petersburg ice hockey club, signed an agreement to reconstruct the St. Petersburg Sports and Concert Complex.
